Packed with Purpose seeks a dynamic Sales Support Associate to contribute to our company’s growth and the corresponding social impact we create. You will engage in cross team collaboration, specifically liaising with our Sales Team to support efficient sales efforts, improved customer experiences, and streamlined sales & operational processes. Together, these efforts will improve internal processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Sales Support:

  • Manage paperwork and applications for new customers 
  • Receive and process Customer Orders into an order management software system
  • Respond to inbound customer service inquiries 
  • Manage client database in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Process and submit requests to the web development team for customer-specific landing pages
  • Manage the custom proposal creation process, including product database
  • Collaborate with Operations team on flow of communication concerning new products, purveyors, and areas of impact
  • Support Account Executive team with prospect research and lead generation
  • Guide high potential inbound clients to Account Executive team for relationship management 
  • Submit supplier information to B2B clients for vendor registration

Customer Support/Operations:

  • Discover opportunities to improve the customer experience visavis the sales process (online and offline)
  • Develop workflows to guide customers through the buying processes
  • Create workflows and implement technological efficiencies to improve the customer experience
  • Provide support with the application process of partnerships and certifications
  • Support follow-up on invoice payments to improve Accounts Receivable turn around

 

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate you will possess a(n):

  • Excellent organizational skills, including highly exceptional attention to detail 
  • Creativity and curiosity to address inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Powerpoint required
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Interest in contributing to the growth of an innovative, mission-driven brand
  • Strong cross-departmental communication skills and confidence to ask questions rather than making assumptions
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and apply correct processes accordingly
