Can you help me gather multiple recipient addresses?

Absolutely. Our personalized landing page solution makes the process seamless and ensures your gifts make it to your recipients, whether they’re working from home or office.

Here's how it works:

1. We create a personalized gifting page for your recipients where they can make gift selections (optional) and enter their preferred shipping addresses.
2. You send the link to your recipients, letting them know they'll be receiving a gift soon after they complete the form.

How do I add my logo to my gift boxes?

We make that easy! If you'd like to add a logo when ordering online, you can select the link below the "Add to Cart" button that says "Want to include a logo on your gift box? Click here." This link will bring you to a page where you can upload your desired logo file, select your quantity and "Add to Cart". Please note that the quantity of logos must match the quantity of gifts in your cart in order for your order to be processed correctly. 
For larger corporate orders placed through our Gift Concierge Team it is $3 per gift to add your company logo to the outside of each gift box.  Reach out to our Gift Concierge Team to get started.

Can I customize the contents of my gift?

Yes you can. To customize your gifts there is a minimum order value of $2,000. We recommend browsing our curated gift collections, and if you wish to customize, reach out to our Gift Concierge Team.

Can we include our own brochure or an additional item in our gifts?

Yes you can. We have done this for many clients with our simple, streamlined process. Contact our Gift Concierge Team to get started and discuss pricing.

We want to brand one of the products in our gifts, can you help?

Yes we can. We have many products that can be branded, from notebooks to mugs to luggage tags. Contact our Gift Concierge Team to get started. Minimum quantities vary.

How do you decide which products and impact areas are included in each gift?

Every Packed with Purpose gift includes multiple Purposeful Purveyors and impact areas. For example, one gift could include handcrafted tea that benefits cancer wellness programming, and also honey that supports women overcoming poverty and unemployment. Each gift includes our Impact Booklet that tells the inspiring stories of our Purveyors, so your recipients can learn about the social impact behind their gift.

How long do gifts take to be delivered?

Orders take 1-2 business days to process and are shipped from our fulfillment center located in the Chicagoland area. Orders received after 2pm CT are processed next business day.

Estimated shipping times are: 

  • “USPS Priority” and “FedEx Ground” To: Midwest: 1-3 days, Northeast: 2-4 days, South: 2-4 days, West: 2-5 days.
  • “FedEx Next Day Air” will arrive on the next scheduled business delivery day.
  • For international orders or shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please refer to this map for estimated shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for online orders. For volume corporate orders, please contact your Gift Concierge member for final costs.

Can I do expedited or overnight shipping?

Yes. For online orders, during checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping method including expedited options. For expedited shipping on volume corporate orders, contact our Gift Concierge Team.

Can I send multiple gifts at once?

  • Yes. Ordering 10 or fewer gifts, or sending all your gifts to one address? Shop and seamlessly place your order directly on our website
  • Yes. Sending more than 10 gifts to multiple addresses? Visit our Submit Your Order page to download and submit your order form there.

Do you offer bulk shipping?

Yes. We can bulk ship any number of gifts to one address or we can drop ship gifts to thousands of individual addresses. For large-volume orders we can even ship your gifts on your company shipping number, if desired.

Shipping and Pricing

Tell me about invoices, deposits, and payment options?

For our corporate clients, you will receive an invoice via email with your order total and payment instructions. For volume orders, you may be required to make a nonrefundable deposit of up to 50% of your order in advance. We accept credit card and ACH/bank transfer payments for payment. Note that volume orders will be assessed a 3% fee for credit card processing, which can be avoided by paying via ACH.

I am ordering gifts on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, how do I ensure that the tax will be removed when I place my order?

For all tax exempt orders, please complete your order online and send an email to support@packedwithpurpose.gifts with your Tax ID. A refund will be immediately issued for taxes paid. If you purchase a large-volume of gifts through our Gift Concierge kindly provide your Tax ID and we will be sure to remove any taxes associated with your order.

How much does shipping cost?

For online purchases, your shipping price is calculated based on the gift selected, preferred carrier and shipping destination.

For volume corporate orders placed with our Gift Concierge Team, shipping within the contiguous United States is a flat $12.50 charge per gift with FedEx Ground.

For international orders or shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please refer to this map for estimates on shipping costs. Note, these estimates include Customs Duty costs to ensure that your gifts arrive safely and timely. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for online orders. For large or corporate orders, please contact our Gift Concierge Team for final costs.

Where do you ship?

All over the map. We can ship anywhere you need, including internationally. Please see this map for approximate international shipping fees.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your gifts ship from our fulfillment center you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I place orders in advance?

Absolutely. For online orders, when you view your cart, look for “Ordering early? Pick a future ship date here:” to set a ship date in the future.

Can we use our company FedEx/UPS shipping account?

Will my recipients see the price or name of their gifts?

Rest assured, pricing details and gift names will not be visible to your recipient. You can buy any Packed with Purpose gift for any occasion with confidence that it’s been packed and shipped with your recipient in mind. Don't forget, you can personalize the message to your recipient with a complimentary custom gift message.

What if I am not satisfied with my gifting experience?

At Packed with Purpose, we are committed to providing you and your gift recipients an exceptional gifting experience, which is why we put so much effort into ensuring our gifts are shipped with great care and consideration. If your gifting experience is anything less than wonderful please let us know, and we will work with you to make it right. What if I provided you with the wrong shipping address?

We are not able to reship gifts that are sent back to our fulfillment house due to the perishable nature of our gift products. As such, please ensure the address in your order is correct before submitting your order.

How do you protect the shipment of heat-sensitive gifts during the summer?

In an effort to ensure the successful arrival of all food gifts in the summer months, we ship our gifts with ice packs. However, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items shipped during summer months will not melt.
