Gifts and Custom Orders

Absolutely. For volume corporate orders it is $1 per gift to add your company logo to the outside of each gift box. For orders under 25 gifts there is a flat fee of $25. It’s that simple! Reach out to our Gift Concierge Team to get started.

Yes you can. To customize your gifts there is a minimum order value of $2,000. We recommend browsing our curated gift collections, and if you wish to customize, reach out to our Gift Concierge Team.

Yes you can. We have done this for many clients with our simple, streamlined process. Contact our Gift Concierge Team to get started and discuss pricing.

Yes we can. We have many products that can be branded, from notebooks to mugs to luggage tags. Contact our Gift Concierge Team to get started. Minimum quantities vary.

Every Packed with Purpose gift includes multiple Purposeful Purveyors and impact areas. For example, one gift could include handcrafted tea that benefits cancer wellness programming, and also honey that supports women overcoming poverty and unemployment. Each gift includes our Impact Booklet that tells the inspiring stories of our Purveyors, so your recipients can learn about the social impact behind their gift.

Shipping and Pricing

For individual orders placed online, shipping fees are calculated based on gift size and delivery location. For volume corporate orders there is an average fee of $12 per gift for orders placed with our Gift Concierge Team. For international shipping cost estimates please contact us directly. We include Customs Duty to ensure that your gifts arrive safely and timely. Because of this, there is an extra fee for international shipping.

All over the map. We can ship anywhere you need, including internationally.

Orders are processed within one business day and shipped from Chicago, IL. Orders placed after 2pm CT are processed next business day. We include this processing time because we build each gift to order. Estimated shipping times are: “FedEx  Priority” and “FedEx Ground” Midwest: 1-3 days, Northeast: 2-4 days, South: 2-4 days, West: 2-5 days. Orders shipped “FedEx Next Day Air” will arrive on the next scheduled business delivery day. For international orders, or shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact us at 844.797.GIFT to request estimated shipping time and pricing.

Yes. For orders placed directly online you can choose the shipping method, including expedited options. For expedited shipping on volume corporate orders, contact our Gift Concierge Team.

Yes. For orders of 10 gifts or less, you can order them directly online. (Hint: during the checkout process, use our helpful “ship to multiple addresses” button in the upper left corner.) For orders over 10 gifts, contact our Gift Concierge Team to place your order. We can drop ship to many individual addresses, and we can bulk ship many gifts to one address, such as to a hotel for an upcoming conference.

Absolutely. For orders placed directly online, you will receive an email when your order has been placed that will include a tracking number. For volume corporate orders, our Gift Concierge Team will provide you with tracking links.

Rest assured your recipients will not receive a receipt or pricing details in their Packed with Purpose gifts.

At Packed with Purpose, we are committed to providing you and your gift recipients an exceptional gifting experience, which is why we put so much effort into ensuring our gifts are shipped with great care and consideration. We are not able to reship gifts that are sent back to our fulfillment house due to the perishable nature of our gift products. As such, please ensure the address in your order is correct before submitting your order.

In an effort to ensure the successful arrival of all food gifts in the summer months, we ship our gifts with ice packs. However, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items shipped during summer months will not melt.
