Here's how it works:
1. We create a personalized gifting page for your recipients where they can make gift selections (optional) and enter their preferred shipping addresses. 2. You send the link to your recipients, letting them know they'll be receiving a gift soon after they complete the form.
We make that easy! If you'd like to add a logo when ordering online, you can select the link below the "Add to Cart" button that says "Want to include a logo on your gift box? Click here." This link will bring you to a page where you can upload your desired logo file, select your quantity and "Add to Cart". Please note that the quantity of logos must match the quantity of gifts in your cart in order for your order to be processed correctly.
For larger corporate orders placed through our Gift Concierge Team it is $3 per gift to add your company logo to the outside of each gift box. Reach out to our Gift Concierge Team to get started.
Every Packed with Purpose gift includes multiple Purposeful Purveyors and impact areas. For example, one gift could include handcrafted tea that benefits cancer wellness programming, and also honey that supports women overcoming poverty and unemployment. Each gift includes our Impact Booklet that tells the inspiring stories of our Purveyors, so your recipients can learn about the social impact behind their gift.
As of 12/11, FedEx has announced nationwide shipping restrictions limiting the number of packages businesses may send daily. Shipping carriers have announced new pricing and conditions for this holiday season due to high demand. To account for these changes, Packed with Purpose customers may choose from the following shipping options after Monday, November 16, 2020:
Orders are processed within one business day and shipped from Chicago, IL. Orders placed after 2pm CT are processed next business day. We include this processing time because we build each gift to order. Estimated shipping times outside of the holiday season are: “FedEx Priority” and “FedEx Ground” Midwest: 1-3 days, Northeast: 2-4 days, South: 2-4 days, West: 2-5 days. Orders shipped “FedEx Next Day Air” will arrive on the next scheduled business delivery day. For international orders, or shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact us at 844.797.GIFT to request estimated shipping time and pricing.
Yes. We can bulk ship any number of gifts to one address or we can drop ship gifts to thousands of individual addresses. For large-volume orders we can even ship your gifts on your company shipping number, if desired.
For all tax exempt orders, please complete your order online and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Tax ID. A refund will be immediately issued for taxes paid. If you purchase a large-volume of gifts through our Gift Concierge kindly provide your Tax ID and we will be sure to remove any taxes associated with your order.

For individual orders placed online, shipping fees are calculated based on gift size and delivery location. For bulk corporate orders there is an average fee of $12 per gift (non-holiday) for orders placed with our Gift Concierge Team. For international shipping cost estimates, please contact us directly. We include Customs Duty costs to ensure that your gifts arrive safely and timely. Because of this, there is an extra fee for international shipping. Choose a carrier & price based on your needs.
Absolutely. For orders placed directly online, you will receive an email when your order has been placed that will include a tracking number. For volume corporate orders, our Gift Concierge Team will provide you with tracking links.

We are not able to reship gifts that are sent back to our fulfillment house due to the perishable nature of our gift products. As such, please ensure the address in your order is correct before submitting your order.
In an effort to ensure the successful arrival of all food gifts in the summer months, we ship our gifts with ice packs. However, we cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items shipped during summer months will not melt.
