Through partnerships with two Chicago organizations, Dovetail and Growing Home, they employ and engage young men and fathers from the surrounding community, who often don’t have opportunities for advancement readily available to them, and who may have past criminal records. TeaSquares also educates local residents about healthy eating in order to reduce diet-related diseases. These small batch, light snacks offer wholesome energy and a chance to uplift American urban neighborhoods.
