Crafted in small batches with hand picked ingredients sourced straight from local Midwestern farmers, these hot sauces are created utilizing techniques including fermentation and barrel aging. Originally developed in 2003 by Mike Bancroft (a.k.a the Sauce Boss) as a way to raise money for the free youth arts and entrepreneurship program he founded, the sauces became so popular a business was born.
