Holiday Shipping Updates & Answers

Thank you for choosing Packed with Purpose for your holiday gifting this year. We want every experience you have with our company to be positive and memorable, so we’d like to update you on a few shipping changes that may affect your recent order.

As you may know, this is the busiest holiday season in history for shipping, due to increased online shopping during the pandemic. All carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, others) are now experiencing delays because of this unprecedented volume, which has affected delivery times for all retail businesses, including Packed with Purpose. FedEx and UPS are now operating beyond capacity and are also prioritizing the coronavirus vaccine distribution at this time.

Fortunately, we are not experiencing a slowdown in our ability to pack and prepare any shipments, but we cannot control how quickly shipping carriers process this volume of packages.

Please be assured that all Packed with Purpose orders will be shipped in the order they were placed.  From the minute we were notified of these changes, we have been tirelessly exploring all possible solutions to best serve our clients and will continue to do everything we can to ensure delivery in as timely a manner as circumstances allow.

As is the case for all our shipments, you will be notified via email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Due to the circumstances above, you may receive your confirmation slightly later then initially expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these unprecedented difficulties this time of year.  Your support means a lot to us.

Please note that orders placed as of this writing will not arrive in time for the Christmas 2020 holiday.
