You’ll receive an email from support@packedwithpurpose.gifts as soon as your order ships. This email will include tracking details for your shipment—if you sent gifts to multiple recipients, you’ll receive a tracking link for each individual gift. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your inboxes.
Yes, you can. To create a custom gift box and select your own products, there is a minimum order value of $2,000 (excluding shipping or branding). We recommend browsing our curated gift collections, and if you wish to customize, reach out to our Gift Concierge Team.
While our gift pricing is designed to ensure we can maximize the impact of each gift, we always work with volume order clients to customize a solution that aligns with your goals and budget. And we'd be delighted to do so with you too.

For corporate orders and orders with a scheduled, future ship date, please start your order here by downloading our corporate order form.
Step 1: As you navigate through our website you can click “Shop All Gifts”.
Step 2: Click on a gift that you like to see pictures and details of what is included in the gift. You will also notice that immediately following price and size, there is a text box where you can write a personalized message (limit 800 characters). Once you've written your message, click "Add to Cart."
Note, if you'd like to choose a different gift or message for each recipient, be sure to add one gift at a time, changing your message each time.** If you're happy with the same gift and message for everyone, you can increase the quantity before clicking "Add to Cart."

Step 3: Once you have all your items in the cart and you're ready to check out, select "View Cart". You can ship to multiple addresses by clicking “Ship to multiple addresses" instead of "Checkout".

Step 4: Now you can click “New Address” and type the address you would want each gift shipped. The number to the left of the address is the number of gifts that are being shipped to that address, so if sending the same gift to multiple people, be sure to send one of each gift to each address.

Step 5: Once you have finished adding in the addresses you can click “Continue”. From there you can select your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment.
**If you are bulk shipping multiple gifts to one address, your gift message must be the same for all gifts.
Please note! Our system will cancel your multi-ship order and create individual orders for each shipment. Do not worry! We have your order and will prepare it and ship is as soon as we can. For any questions please contact support@packedwithpurpose.gifts.
For larger orders with more lead time, you may also consider branding a product in the gift with your company logo. Check out options for custom branding on impactful products here. Our purpose-driven gifts positively impact communities while also showcasing your company's values.

Yes! Packed with Purpose ships both within the United States and internationally. We typically use FedEx International Economy, which delivers to most destinations in 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
International shipping rates vary based on destination, gift selection, and carrier rates at the time of shipment. If you're buying and shipping online your international shipping cost will be shown at checkout. If you're shipping to international addresses as part of a larger corporate order with our order form our Gift Concierge team can provide the current pricing and help ensure your gifts arrive smoothly.
Important: A local phone number and email address are required for each international recipient. Carriers like FedEx and UPS often cannot complete delivery without this information.
