Before committing to a gift, we understand that you may have additional questions about our process. Here are some frequently asked questions about client gifts:
How will my client know who the box is from?
When you order your gift, you will be prompted to type in a custom message. Personalize your message and sign your name there. For $3 per gift, you can add your company logo to an enclosed card for a bit of additional flair. For extra branding, add your company logo to the outside of the box for $3 per gift.
What is your return policy?
While we do not accept any returns, Packed with Purpose strives to ensure customers are always satisfied with their gifting experience, even when things don’t go according to plan. If there is a problem with the package (such as arriving damaged), please contact support@packedwithpurpose.gifts to discuss replacement or reimbursement options.
