When Paul Kitsos passed in 2011, his wife Stella and other family members founded The Nicholas Center and its partner company Spectrum Designs Foundation in honor of their son. Spectrum Designs Foundation is on a mission to support individuals with Autism with job training and employment in its inclusive work environment.
This socially conscious business comprises three separate enterprises: Spectrum Designs, Spectrum Bakes, and Spectrum Suds. From training young adults in food production at Spectrum Bakes to running a successful community laundry program at Spectrum Suds, each arm of the business empowers its employees and creates opportunities for personal and professional growth. Today, Spectrum is entirely self-sustaining, with all proceeds going directly back into programming and job creation.
We are delighted to include Spectrum Bakes’ delicious granola bars and Spectrum Designs mugs across nearly a dozen of our gifts.
