Denise Woodard founded Partake Foods when her daughter was diagnosed with severe food allergies as an infant. With the support of her husband Jeremy, Denise grew Partake into a booming business producing completely allergy-friendly cookies that still have cookie lovers asking, “How is this so good?”
Partake partners with Food Equality Initiative, a nonprofit working to increase access to nutritious food, education, and health advocacy for families facing food allergy barriers. Black children have a significantly higher risk of developing these allergies, and Partake works on their behalf to support diverse dietary needs. Denise is passionate about bringing awareness to fellow Black female entrepreneurs and provides mentorship to budding business owners.
