Virtual events offer a lot of flexibility, but they don’t always forge connections.
When Kellogg’s Center for Nonprofit Management introduced virtual programming to complement its in-person events, the team faced a challenge. How could they create a welcoming and engaging experience tailored to their virtual participants?
Their team needed a way to replace the personal touch of catered meals with something equally thoughtful and significant. The solution also needed to align with the organization’s values, showcase the school’s brand and fit within budget constraints. At Packed with Purpose, we were delighted to be of assistance.
The center’s assistant director of operations partnered with us to create a customized gift experience. Each package included a branded notebook, mug and pen, along with comforting snacks like tea, coffee and cookies. The gift provided recipients with practical items as well as delicious treats.
Our Packed with Purpose team still sends gift boxes quarterly to a new set of virtual participants. The packages arrive before classes start, fostering a warm connection to the program.
