Since 1930, Dewey’s Bakery has been known for delivering a bit of sweetness in every time of need throughout the Winston-Salem community in North Carolina. Through the Great Depression to offering to bake cakes during the sugar rationing of WWII, Dewey’s Bakery has held their bakery strong and is now at shelves at grocery stores nationwide.
Dewey has an exceptional variety of thin cookies, hearty cakes, and savory cheese crackers that are made with their Baker’s Promise of no artificial flavors, synthetic colors, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, nor hydrogenated oils. Dewey continues its legacy of community empowerment through raising funds for local schools and nonprofits through their small-batch baked cookies with over $4 million funding to date. They also support local organizations like Second Harvest Food Bank, Trellis Supportive Care, LEAD Girls, that make Winston-Salem home.
