Quince & Apple is an award-winning artisan food manufacture run by Clare and Matt Stoner Fehsenfeld, a husband and wife team in Madison, Wisconsin.
Using traditional methods and keeping meticulous attention to detail, they support local growers to produce their wide array of jams, preserves, syrups, and cheeseboard accouterments. Quince & Apple dedicates a portion of their sales to supporting local food businesses and non-profits led by and empowering people of color.
