Undercover’s story starts with Diana Levy, who started out making rich chocolates for events, but soon turned her passion into something healthier. After her daughters were diagnosed with Celiac Disease, she was determined to make her chocolates gluten and allergen free for everyone to enjoy. Their chocolate quinoa crisps taste delicious but are hidden with super powered, all-natural ingredients going “undercover”.
Undercover treats are made on site in their SQF certified chocolate factory in East Hanover, New Jersey. They school friendly and protein and fiber packed for delivering healthy nutrients. As well as all inclusive and sustainable with Non-GMO, Rainforest Alliance, OU Kosher, and Halal certifications.
