Before founding Packed with Purpose in 2016, I spent years advising companies on marketing and CSR strategies. And long before that, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer, witnessing how access to meaningful work can change lives and strengthen communities.
On a cold day in Chicago, watching the holiday gifts arrive at our office, I saw a missed opportunity. Gifting felt transactional and unintentional. I saw a chance to reimagine gifting- to pair premium products with real purpose and create gifts that feel as good to give as they do to receive.
What if a gift could spark joy and positive change?
That question became the foundation of Packed with Purpose. I launched this company to transform corporate gifting from a routine gesture into a meaningful expression of appreciation and impact.
